got a call from this number but the phone display showed a name of a person which I know and do occasional business with. After answering, the usual game "sorry I had problems with my head set....... and the sales pitch about a Vacation Resort"
A recording claiming I'd won a free stay at a resort. Definite scam. It does start off with a fake "headset problem;" be careful and don't say anything other than hello on these calls until you have confirmed who you're speaking with.
I've gotten this several times--one of those recordings where a giggly woman pretends she wasn't expecting you to pick up and then tries to sell you on something. Don't say anything and just hang up. Or throw in an obscenity for kicks and giggles. This may be one of those scams where they record you saying "yes" and then try to pressure you into thinking you'd agreed to something.
Did not answr & no msg left. Probably another robo call at.10:30 a.m. If I don't recognize the # and no msg is left, I'll come here 2 verify & then block the #.
