but if you mail in with your signature and go on the internet with your email and both request either email or mail... have your height , weight and weather your smoke or not and date of birth ... we have to call .... be cause what if you die and have no coverage for your family..... and you sent this to us.... and was mad that we did not call you in time before you die.... your family was aware of the mail or internet request and you die.... then... how do you call this a scam.... we deal with 100 year old companies and all companies are A rated.... this is just ridiculous.... I know in my heart I am doing the right thing for families and this is the last message... you have a blessed day!!!!
