804-767-6280 calls 4-5 times a day! No caller ID but phone says the calls originate in Richmond ,VA. They have called as early as 7:00 AM. No message. When I call back-disconnected. blocking these guys.

I got a call from this number once asking to speak with me, I never said if I was or was not the particular person they were looking for. I did ask what company they worked for, they mumbled something out that sounded similar to "finical instance", I asked if they were a third party company working for another company, like a debt collector. The rep said that he could not disclose that information to me. To which I replied "You should only not be allowed to disclose account information, but I have a right to know who I am speaking with when I receive a phone call". Again the rep ignored what i said and just kept asking to speak with me. Finally i asked one last time what company he worked for. When he answered, I told him I was Google'ing it. He hung up and has not called me back.
