Who called from 8162222356

This number has been calling 2 or 3 times  a day, with nobody there when answered

Receive numerous calls from this number with no answer.

I get several calls a day from this number.  How can this be stopped?

Received a call from this number just a little while ago. Sounded like someone was there but they didn't say anything. I waited a moment then I said, "I can stay on the line for as long as you want to play this game." Then I heard them hang up. This is something I do with calls like this and it seems to keep them from calling back.

Called 3 times the evening of 9/9/2015 they are silent and I hang up!
