This idiot on caller ID states FOP...I call the number back and get feedback, then I call back and the phone is busy. I call back and get quick dial sounds and nobody answers. WTF who has time, resources, to waste and harass people for fun. In my book this is a form of terrorism and should be dealt with accordingly.
