No message rang the phone got my message machine and they hung up. Do not say who they are on caller ID. I called them back and found out they are a collection agency. These people call and bother other people besides who they are actually needing to talk to, like neighbors, associates, family etc. I get really tired of it so as soon as I get a phone call like that I always write a letter to them to get them to stop. I owe no one anything. Two weeks later after writing to Professional Account Management at 5514 Corporate Dr Saint Joseph MO 64507 my letter came back UNABLE TO DELIVER NO FORWARDING ADDRESS.

Sorry you had this experience. Professional Account Management, has not been located at 5514 Corporate Dr. St Joseph Mo for 6 years. That's reason you received Unable To Deliver, forwarding address are only good for 1 year. Search engines are reporting the wrong address. Professional Account Management is a billing service not a collection agency.
I have received numerous calls from this number! When I call back--no matter what day of the week or time of the day--I ALWAYS get a voice mail saying they are experiencing high call volume and to leave my name and number, that they will return my call within 24 hours. I have yet to actually TALK to someone to find out what they want with me.
