Second time they have called. No voicemail the first time. Second time, a mouth breather voicemail and someone speaking in the background but I can't make out what they are saying. Very creepy.
"Alphapointe" Google - non profit in Kansas City, Mo if caller id not spoofed. Help blind/visually impaired. Called 250 pm 9/3/15 Thursday but message about "Olivette College" scholarship?? College in Michigan if factual. But treat as scam???? Didn't pick up.
