I rcvd call; no mssg was left

Called this PM. Left no message. CID was "Unknown Name". Robo call. Now blocked.

This number calls my house everyday.
Called I.D. says "West Hills"
When I have answered this call the person on the other end of the line tells me that they are an independent contractors company asking if I am in need of any home repairs now inside or outside or my house. They say they can send one of their guys to come out to take a look for me.
I politely say NO, we are renters we don't own our house so we aren't authorized to do repairs.
I ask them to take me off the list.
They never do. Calls continue to come in to my house at least one everyday without fail.
Annoying!
Block this number. I finally did.
Independant builders/contractors services
tend to be unlicensed to work in the field and can be criminal enterprises scouting out misc jobs for self scam purposes. Beware.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.
