Keep getting calls from this number saying that Marc/Mark Moscato/Mascato is coming between 3-5pm to serve documents. When I call the number back it goes straight to a voicemail of a lady names Summer Hays. Pretty sure this is a payday loan scam, I think they got hacked and are tryin to scam us for money.
My wife got a call from this "Mark Moscoto" trying to server papers to us. Guess he does not know we have no debts other than our house and car. Anyway, pass this off as a scam if you get this too. Just basing it off of the other comments. BTW, he never did call back or serve us from 9/1/16 to 2/8/17. No legal notices in the mail prior to this either which is required by law. Also, instead of calling from 832-220-3158 like these comments stated, the new number is now 213-337-0014 which is another flag.
