received a call from an individual very rude by name of Leslie  Burke, she was stating that the accounts that I have already paid and received the comleted invoices for of completion was not good enough and that I needed to clear the accounts up. Stated that I could fax to her the copies and she stated that in 24 hours would be served with papers if not paid again. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she stated she didn't have one and started screaming at me and yelling that I was wrong and needed this cleared. So I told her give me a fax and to put a hold and I would send in morning. well fax number is wrong 832-648-1000.  then she rudely hung up on me.  I was so mad I called back and got a man by the name of William Bailey and he verified that the account was on hold till the faxes were received tried 4 times and no response on 12/16/15 so called the number given and low and behold someone picked up and hung up like it was a false line.  I contacted a coworker who have had good luck before and she ran the numbers for me scam and also called them and told the contact person that the acct was paid in full then said ok then hung up on her also the company is listed as TGR legal Grp well not as they state and will scam anyone else again good luck SCAM CONTROLL IS out there

Lawyer by trade
Received numerous calls regarding what they could not verify, stating process servers - not the case. This group is scamming individuals who are not smart enough to know - I'd like to place them where they belong - incarcerated.

A legal called and left message saying she was Susie Greenberg, a process server said  that papers would be serve at your residents on December 23, 2015 or your place of employment. Left the claim # 20517. Very threatening tone in her voice. She just keep calling, calling, calling... that is harassing... they are just that dumb..

This is a common ploy by criminals masquerading as debt collectors who are attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this,  all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.  One of the tricks they use is to call your work place, friends, or relatives repeatedly in an attempt to shame you into paying.  They also use the “process server” ruse who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Cassie
Keep getting harassing phone calls from a Leslie Burke who claims I'm going to be served with papers the next day if I don't send her $500. What she doesn't know is that she attempted this six months ago with the same threat. What worries me is that she knows my full social.
