Hey, did they ever do anything 2 days later? I just got the same voicemail this morning, threatening they will come to my job in 2 days but could not imagine what this could be in regards to. I do not want to call them back.
I received a message from a Nicole Williams advising I must call back this # (832-225-3737) as I was going to be served at my home or place of work. I called the number and the person who answered the phone said I was calling ERS & Associates. When I advised I was going to validate the business with the local FTC office as public records show no pending court cases against me for which would result in service, I was hung up on.
Got a call from the same number except the last two were 95, claimed to be another processor in my county. I've lived here all my life and the same processor has been serving papers for over 20 years! He claimed to be a Alex Goodson and mumbled when he gave his name. Guess they try to work harder when the statute of limitations gets close!
