I got a call from the same people they said they were coming to serve me Thursday at 3 to 5 this is the second time they said this........ I don't owe no one nothing so when I told him to come he gave me this number 832....... They are a joke they buy bogus cases then threaten people he also cussedcon the phone who does this
Yes, i got a call from this number on monday april 10, 2017. The man on the other end of the phone ask to speak to me. I said speaking he then said i need to verify that this is you, can you give me your ssn. I said no, you call me so if you want it you should already have it. He then said well according to the paper work that we are going to have serve to you for court the last 4 digit of your ssn is -----. I said so what kind of paper i am going to be serve tomorrow he said you will be going to court or jail if this matter is not taken care of by tomorrow, you need to contact this number 832-225-3609 with a payment before wednesday this will stop you from being served. I call the number back using a friends phone and when i ask to speak to this man name anthony he saiid we need a payment of $200.00 within the hour because your paper work is leaving our office in a hour. I ask him what was it for and he said you know i dont have to tell you that. I said to him well you should know this i am hanging up on your dumb [***].
Received several calls...with an unknown number...someone named Nelly Brooks. Said, he's a Processor Servicer and that he has paper that was faxed in his Office, and that I will be served and on Friday 4/14/2017, either at my place of employment snd/ or my home..but 3-5 pm...gave me a case number and this phone number..832-225-3609! REALLY!
I received a call along w/ my sister with a case number. Ann Thomas was a process server stating in vm the voicemail was considered my warning to be served. I called the number 832-856-6683 Mathew Penn answered. Asked for claim # and I asked who they were. He stated a mediation firm then stated ORA & Associates. I tried to keep him on the phone as I searched the name, he then stated "your documents are sent" and hung up. So weird!
