This place is scamming people with their bogus lies about lawsuits. I have turned them in to the Federal Trade Commissioners office and the State Attorney Generals office. You can as well.

Just got a voicemail trying to contact someone (different name than mine) from a person claiming to be a process server from the county I live in. Warning of service between 3-5 tomorrow. I called the number back to tell them they had the wrong number on file and they answered as ARS Management and said they would take the number "off the list" but if there were a case against this person, would there be "a list?" So I googled the company name and found nothing but SCAM ALERTS! Ignore these calls.
This number called my mother-in-laws home phone and left vmail twice for me with a surname I haven't used in over 5 years - and I never once lived with her. On vmail they claimed I would be opting out on a lawsuit if they didn't get my signature between 3 and 5 today followed by a case number. They only referred to themselves as "Department of Legal Services." Number is from Houston, TX and ousted with ARS - I'm in VA. I have not received any mail so I don't know what this is about. If this is collections, they are absolutely using illegal tactics. What a scam.
