Received blue postcard regarding final notice on a parcel. "Called the number" on card and some lady answers. She says I have a parcel from aqua tech, stating they will come test my home water supply and in return I will receive a 25 dollar gift card to a restaurant of my choice. A "scam" for sure or a sales pitch for some sort of water filtration system.

Blue postcard with the phone number listed above. It says that there is a parcel that needs to be claimed. There is no return address or information identifying the delivery company or where the "parcel" is coming from or when the company tried to deliver. I smell a RAT!
