Heather from card services to reduce my credit card rate I've gotten this call for years I report every number no change dnc list doesn't matter I had one curse me out when I asked to be removed!!!

called at 9:20 am did not recognize the number  I didn't answer & they left no message
I will block the number after reading what everyone posted.
