An unknown number called me, my husband and his parents. Voicemail was some lady from "the county" (never stated what county) saying a summons was scheduled to be served on my husband. They left this 832 number for who was requesting the summons. So my husband called them they said he owed on a loan from 2012 about $2300 but they'd settle for a payment of $700 today. We filed for ch 7 BK on the 9th so that's what he told them and the guy just hung up on him and didn't answer when he tried to call back. Scammers trying to get money out of people
