Just saw a missed call and message from the same number as above. Message referred to me under my maiden name saying I'll be served June 5th at my home or work and that I've been notified. Whatever it is must be a scam or past a statue of limitations cuz I haven't had anything bad towards credit etc. in over 10 years. Haven't called them back cuz I had a similar call six months ago, I called them back, they wouldn't state who or where they were or what it concerned but wanted me to give them my birthdate, social security number etc to verify my identity before they'd tell me anything. Well if I don't know who you are, them I can't provide the request...too many scams these days. If anyone actually gets "served" please update, I will. Last time nothing came of it so probably won't this time either

I got a call from this number today. They said it was a From Cash Loan USA or something. I notified them it is illegal in my state to threaten to be served with legal paperwork and that I was at home and they are more than welcome to come serve me now. A Kevin Jones told me, "that's not how this works. We come when you're ready." I told him I would be waiting and in the meantime I was reporting them to my States Attorney General. He said, "I'll see you in court." And he hung up and he was very upset.
