this is the same scam going around. the person says their name is Jack Carroll, process server and is going to serve papers and you have to be home between 3 and 5 pm and you have to have two forms of id for him. LOL. Bring it on Jack Carroll, the FTC already has a report. Dont ever give a stranger your id's. So you coward, bring it on. there are other phone numbers reported in the site with this area code with the same scam.

in case anyone else gets a call like this, we were here all day, the cowards didnt show up. they never do, b/c when we have the REAL cops come , guess who will be showing their id's
They can't deliver what doesn't exist, and they will never ever show up. These extortionists do their work over the phone trying to scare people into paying them.
