This lady Summer calls everyday, calls my family, etc and leaves msgs saying this is the last attempt on contacting you for your payment. ( trying to say I took a payday loan out which I never did at the place of business they are saying) If I do not hear from you today this will be sent over to the district court. Before that they would call and say process servor will be at my job between 3-5. I've had this call happen like 7 months ago saying the same thing and nobody has ever sent me mail about it, and nobody's ever came up to my job or house. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMS!!

I got a call from a number that was unavailable. Lady named Mary that did not speak good English said she was going to be at either my place of employment or my home between 3-5 for me to sign papers. If I am not able to sign, she will report it as direct refusal. She said I could call the Plaintiff's Office at 832-241-7120 and gave me a case # to reference.
Just got a call from an unknown number saying that he was a process server and he was trying to serve me Thursday between 3-5 pm. And if that didn't work for me to call this number and reschedule... like ok dude. Process servers don't call to notify that you're going to get served. Idk how people received my info but I've gotten these scam calls for years, don't be scared and fall for it. Do your research.
Got a call today from a unknown # saying this is my finally notice and ill be serve paper to sign between 3-5 at my job or home. Gave case number and 832 241 7120 said if i dont sign it will go to court.
