Indian (dot, not feather) accent; claimed to be from some on-line pharmacy. Obviously a robo call, seeking anyone who would say hello, then connects with a "person" who starts asking questions. I disengaged, and added the number to Call Blocker.
Scammers out of Mumbai, India. Played a trick on them once and the guy told me where he was. They use a computer program to find unused American numbers to call us with. Thanks to the FCC our telephone system cannot stop them. Now the FCC will regulate the internet...another disaster.
