Process server called stating I was being served... what the heck?

i keep getting a block called from someone, who i think she says her name is Sal, the person from this unknown number has been calling me since February, stating that they have documents they need to serve me with from some company no name given, she leaves a number for me to call back a 1-832-251-7591 number with a case # CV193336 when i call the number it rings then goes to elevator music, i called information to get owner ship of this number information has no information on this number at all, as if it does not exist, this women says they have been trying to serve me papers at my house and employment, says they have made several attempts if they don't hear from me in 24 hours the court proceedings will continue with out my signature and i will be considered as served since they have fail to contact me or me contact them. i'm hoping that someone would catch a hold of these people calling from block numbers threating people. They is rediculous, people are always scamming people, im not one to scare. Even though you say don't call me any more they continue calling me.

I got  2  phones calls   Friday  6/9/2017 - Monday  6/12/2017  She was  Telling me  they  are  going to  serve  papers  on me  at my  residence  and   my work ?? I called  back  (HE)  Could not  give  me a middle  initial.. Tried to  put  me on  hold,  I  said  NO,  that  he  should  have a  file   right in  front on  him with my  information  in  front of  him,  if  he  was  that  desperate  to  get  ahold of  me.   ITS A SCAM
832-251-7591  OR  USES  #  832-251-7286... What made me  question THIS  is  I  have  no  dealings  with  Huston, Texas..    ASK  THESE  PEOPLE  QUESTIONS,   YOUR  MIDDLE  INTIAL,  YOUR  ADDRESS,  BIRTHDATE,   SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER,  IF  THEY  CANT GIVE IT  TO  YOU  THEN  ITS A  SCAM..
