Keep getting calls from this number claiming to be a process server, and he serving Jesus Chavez Rosal. No one by that name at this number. Leaves a message and case number, but this is not me. When i call the number back, it goes right to voicemail telling me to leave a message. Didn't identify any particular business. Just straight to vm.
they called and claimed to be a local process server and told me they are serving me papers on 2/20/17 and if I wasn't there then it would be a failure to comply. I went to the Texas website that lists all the names and phone numbers of process servers in Texas and this number nor Vickie Burley name was not listed, so its a scam.

Just FYI, REAL process servers don't call in advance because then you could simply avoid them. As this call is both a scam and not for you, block it if you can and ignore it if you can't block it.
This just happened to me too! I asked why the number came up as a residential number and was asked to harass them and wouldn't give me I information about the "case"
