Of course nothing showed up between 3-5 Pm Tuesday. There are never any papers they want to scare you about court papers so you give them money you dont owe
SCAM - Also said they were preparing to serve me on Friday, this is my "warning". Unfortunately, they used my former married name that I have not used in 6 years! I think if I had an outstanding debt from that long ago, I would have known by now. Go ahead - serve me LOL
I received a voicemail from a Larry Starks saying he was a process server and he was not putting me on his schedule to serve me but then said February 8 to be served and if I had any questions about it to call back at 832-271-2538 and left a case number , you can hear other people in the back ground, what's even crazier is he used my maiden name . This has got to be a scam it sounds like they are reading a script. Oh and he said this is my final notice.
Had 2 messages this week from Larry Starks shows up as an unknown number, gives a reference number then a contact number for the company on whose behalf he is allegedly serving. Doesn't give company name. The contact number given is 832 225 2388
