I got a call from someone named Avery stating that she was a set to come to my home tomorrow to serve me some legal documents. Of course, i said ok. She stated that i need to call 832-271-5563 with file number 3125 to have the issue resolved. I asked for her name and the company she was with and a contact number. She stated that she uses her personal cell phone for business calls so she did not give it to me. She said that she is with a company called CITI-SERV, who are process servers out of Canada. I called the number that they gave me and no one ever answered. This has scam written all over it.
I got a call from Ms. Avery Daniels as well. She called marked as a unknown number and stated that she was a private process server in San Diego County. She said she some legal documents to serve to me between 3-5 either at home or work. She stated that she would make several attempts to serve and if I did not comply I will miss my court date and the court will proceed without me. Mmmhm, I'm sure the court will. The telephone number she gave me to call back was 832-271-6468, which was a bogus number. Cant wait to meet you Ms. Daniels.
