Keep getting calls from a Brian Anderson with case # 16519. threatening he is a independent Court Processor wanting to server me court papers. First and foremost, (idiot) Processors would not be calling peoples phone numbers to server them so called legal papers. They will just show up and serve the person. Also I looked up county of Volusia records that are public by the way, and no such case ever shows up. I will be reporting the issue with you to my local Police Department and sent the voicemail you left to the FBI. Its nice to know people in good places to put a stop to these ridiculous scams you people try to pull on innocent, hard working people.
I receive serval calls from and avery daniels . also saying she is come to serve me paper for account . and if I am not there then i will miss my court date . . you are right they do not tell you time they are coming they just do it .

These scumbags call me every so often saying I owe a "payday loan," I never answer and it is always an out-of-state number telling me they are coming to my home and/or business to serve me. OR - I can call this number and this will all go away! A process server does not work for a debt collector, and they have no interest in being a catalyst for you to resolve your legal troubles. They are just messengers. If they were legit, they would just show up. I know I'll be waiting...best have a proper ID with them too....
I also been getting phone calls from this number. A guy stating his name is John Camp an independent processor from Hartford County. He said, he has legal papers to serve me ,and that he was going to my workplace/home. I also need to have proper identification when he serves me. If he calls again I will be calling my local police department.
