Received a call from a female who then asked me to call Joseph. Received a call again from a 000-000-0000 (this is the actual number that showed up). Left a message saying they are a processor server and want to serve me in 1 day. Called them back only voice mail. Called again , faker demanding money
I received continuous calls from this number giving a previous last name i used stating they have papers to serve me"tomorrow" between 3 and 5 at my place of employment or my home. Needless to say I never got served and then a "Judy Davis, process server" tried but I asked at my place of employment (I work at a courthouse) and was recommended to disregard the calls
This is a debt scammer calling you. They want to convince you to pay a debt you do not owe. They lie, as you now know, and they will also threaten and harass you. There are no "papers", you are not going to be served. What process server would call to warn you ahead of time? Ignore and block the calls. The more you talk to them, the harder they will try to trick you.
