Who called from 8323066395

No message left

Rang twice, then hung up. I called back and was a Prescription Benefits mktg call. Not on my plan, so must be spam call.

Two ringtones, then hung up, at 10:40 am. No message left.

I called back, waited about a minute. Someone took my call and number and took me off their list. They were not rude about it or anything but they do not leave voicemails it seems.

I'm on hold with this number now trying to find out all I can about it.  I am sure it's a scam....no insurance company will make cold calls with a recording like this, especially on a Saturday morning at 11am.  Grrrr!
