I get repeated calls and when I ask them to stop calling he repeatedly calls and cusses me out I asked for a supervisor for his company he hung up I got # 832-319-3990 for a loan I never asked for hes harassing me for months

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

I checked on-line for a loan , Never got one.  About a year later. Payday loans started calling me and saying that we owed them money. They have been calling for a few years now. They even started calling my place of business until where I work got a lawyer after them. They still call around every August through September, either trying to tell me that This a detective or some other government official and that I going to get sued if I don't pay them. The officials name was John Smith with a middle Eastern accent. Now this year there is a woman calling. I reported them to my State Attorney generals's office.
