RoboCall. A woman says "hello" and when I answered she says Hello again. .then says "OH sorry about that, I was having trouble with my phone" and starts into a script. It's a recording that starts after it hears you say hello. I've gotten the exact same call from multiple #'s this year. If I remember correctly it say something like you've stayed at one of their resorts recently and they want to offer you.. .I usualy hang up long before that point, after the first time I heard it, so I don't even remember what they're trying to sell.
