We reseaved a call too. They called at 6 am in the morning. I didnt pick up. This lady Gina left a message. I havent called back since ive read all these remarks. I thought it was a scam since the beginning. People be aware lets not fall for these scammers. Collecters by cant call before 8 am and after 7pm. If i remember correctly. Stay safe and lets be smart
Man (identified himself as Marshall Marshawn, but not who he was representing) called from number marked unknown left a voice mail saying that I needed to call 832-358-3433 and that I was going to be served either tomorrow or Friday at my home or place of employment.
That I would have to sign for the documents and provide 2 forms of id. Called the number and got someone named Gina. She wouldn't tell me who she worked for, who she was representing, nothing. She then called and left me a voicemail to call 832-241-0180. Called the number. Of course, she wasn't available. The guy (Ken) said he was a paralegal. I asked the name of the law firm. He said under law he couldn't give me that information and that the process served had my file locked. I would need to wait for the process server to obtain any information. I told him I had NEVER heard of a law firm that couldn't identify their firm. He said he couldn't give me that information because he would be in trouble with the lawyer.
This is a scam! The lady named Gina called and said that she was from a law firm that has a case and wage garnsihment filed against me. She had my old information..job..last name and address. She was calling to collect on an unpaid payday loan..LOL! once I told her that the state of NC does not allow payday loans..she hung up!!! Don't ever give people money over the phone without you having a bill in front of you.
I received a call from her as well. She mentioned an old payday loan i got about 5 years ago. I gave her my info, and then realized that the company that took the money from me, All Care Services, Inc. I google them nothing! I called 855-242-9981 and somehow it got linked to Gina's number which is 832-358-3433. I feel like an [***]. My identity gotten stolen a couple of years ago. So i should have known something then. Stay away and dont respond.
