Scarey thing is they call my in-laws too and tell them I said they are taking my calls and will get the messages to me. .... I have never given their number or names to anyone
If you call that 832-413-0580 , someone with the name of "Amanda" robo-answers and says she's with (jabber-jabber) mediation, pre-legal department and wants you to leave a message. The terms "mediation" and "pre-legal" are basic scammer double-talk for debt collector. Or more like debt scammer. Ignore and block these numbers.

Supposedly a law form in North Carolina. However if you call that number a voice-mail answers claiming to be Nicole Maxwell and wants you to leave a message.
Do not return any calls received with these numbers or any call that demands personal information. Almost certainly a debt collection scam.
