This telemarketer uses Voice over IP. You block the number from calling again, and 2 days later comes through again with a few digits different. You block that number then a few days later the same thing. All numbers start with (832)-430- then a 4000number.
It is a robot call with a voice activated response. Different subjects but all to try and sell you something. Very Annoying.

I've been getting the number that starts with 832-430 for a couple of days. I block each number after they call but the next day the number would call again except the last four digits are different. It's getting extremely annoying.
