I received a call from this number this morning. It was a robo call trying to sale me health insurance. I did some research on these numbers you can't call back. This number is one of the many other numbers that you can't call back because it is a VoIP (voice of internet protocol) number. They use the internet to call you instead of a landline or cell phone, so you can't call them back because it can't be traced. It is a scam.
