Got a call from this number today, 7/11/17. I let it go to voice mail. Also said that she is a process server for the county I haven't lived in for three years. She said she was going to make several attempts to serve me Thursday between 3 and 5. For me to make plans accordingly. I never heard of a processor calling to let you know when they will serve papers.
Received a call on 7/11, it went to voicemail. A woman by the name of Emily Shrine (last name spelling?). The message was faint as she tried to get information out and got clearer at the end. In any event, stated she was an independent process server for the county in which I live and was calling to let me know she was going to make several attempts to serve me at my residence or place of employment and stated if this could not be done she would log it as and the court date would go on without me. She left case number on my phone. I checked my CCAP and nothing came back. This is not the first time I have had this happen. I will again be turning over this phone number and message over to the Police Department.
