Scam/Debt Collector.  Called from a blocked number, identified himself as Samuel Ross or Bross, claimed to be a certified process server (my state does not require this) & gave this number 832-558-2040 for the plaintiff, but no name. Gave a fake court case number.  Said that he will be serving papers to my home or work @ 4 tomorrow, so plan accordingly.  I'll be waiting.  This seems to be the same name & scam that is associated with 832-779-8410.
