They said was being served a court notice

They called and said I would be served a court notice.  They gave me a case #.

Got the same thing.  They aren't going to call you and give you a time as when you will be served.  And I think where I'm from the Sheriff's office does the serving.  It's a scam.  They will it cut you a deal to keep the person from serving you.

Same thing happen to me, they said they were serving court papers at my home. Gave me date and time! Then tried to cut me a deal to pay half!!!
