Caller ID says it's United Recovery. That's a new number and even new area code for this sleaze ball debt collection agency. I have never answered any of their calls, all of which had been from area code 281 numbers, as I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. This site shows 281-901-6991 and 281-281-819-4037 as United Recovery numbers. Add this one to the list! I don't owe anyone any money, so I don't know why they are calling me, and I really don't care why. They have not sent me any letter, which I learned from reading comments on this site, is required. (Sigh). I blocked the whole 281 area code, and now it looks like I will have to block the 832 area code. Luckily, the folks I know in TX are not in thise area codes. I have read that the United Recovery folks are particularly vicious. Why do we have to put up with this?
