Get multiple calls from this number asking to further my education. I tell them not interested, and they continue to call. I asked the to put me on the do not call list and the Jihad still calls. It is frustrating.

I keep getting calls from this number. When I answer I hear a static then it disconnects. I get another call so I don't answer it so it can go to voicemail in hopes to hear who it is. No voicemail!! I'm so annoyed
