These people call me several times a day. I tell them constantly STOP CALLING!! How long before it becomes harassment??

Stop answering and it will eventually stop. Stop calling doesn't exist in their language. They don't care about laws, lists, or anything. Shut off any answering machines and let the phone ring.

I turn off the answering machine and just let the phone ring. They stopped calling. Because if you keep picking up they will continue to call.

That's a smart way to play it, they call who answers.
