Called and left no message likely a scammer.  Marked not safe on other sites as well just adding it here.

Called and didn't hang up properly, got about 30 seconds of foreign language!

GV says caller hung up on challenge. Typical telemarketing scammer. Will block.

Guy wants to sell Cloud applications.  I asked a simple question, where are your datacenter's located at.  He didn't know.

Sorry, but every cloud provider should be able to say where your datacenter's are.  If you can't do that, then you are not worthy of any business deals.
