Just another harassing a-hole trying to scam people out of their money. I've been getting increasingly frequent calls daily from various spoofed numbers like this one. It's annoying and tiresome and I'm about ready to give up my land line forever. I've had the same number for over thirty years and all I get is scam calls on it now. It's a real shame this is allowed to happen but there doesn't seem to be a good solution offered by any of the big phone entities - it's as if they don't want to help. I use BasicTalk voip which doesn't offer any call-blocking features so that strategy is not an option anymore. Besides, I don't have time to constantly enter numbers onto a blocked list or bother with do-not-call lists, nor do I want to, for that matter. These scammers ignore all of that and change their numbers daily. Many of them are calling from East Asia and northern Africa so our communications laws don't phase them or deter them one bit. Blocking numbers and no-call lists have become ineffective, obsolete and a complete waste of your time. Sadly, this is one of the prices we pay for global internet connection.
just received two calls back to back from this number, would not leave a message, don't answer numbers I don't know and if they need me they would leave a message.
