Wouldn't give a straight answer for if it's a sale call or legitimate call. When asked if it's a sales call, they responded [Person's name they are calling for] has a $1000 credit for a cruise, and then started into a lengthy explanation that I interrupted to re-ask if this is a sales call. Followed up by, is this a legitimate call or a sales call, which was followed by them hanging up lol.
This is a collection agency. They will call and never answer! I stayed on the phone for 2 whole minutes waiting for it to connect-nothing. Does not leave voicemail either. BUT if you call the number back...then they do answer. It is a collection agency. I told them this was my cell phone and collectors are not allowed to phone mobile phones! I also told them I didn't appreciate being harassed with no answer phone calls! Tell them not to call you anymore and to only communicate via the USPS.
