Caller says he is from the local courthouse and that he will be attempting to serve a court summons at my residence or place of business and gives a time frame. He says if it is inconvenient to call and reschedule for a later time. However people are not warned about summons to court. They cannot reschedule them. And I looked up the number and it's from Texas not Illinois like he claims.
Rob Watson says the same thing and that he was hired by my municple court which is a lie i already called the courts and they said they dont hire someone to do that
Steve Byrons an "independent processor for the Union County Court" stated he is attempting to serve a court summons to my home or place of business. He stated he would come to my home tomorrow between 3-5 pm.
Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process. They will deliver the notification without warning.

Definitions, if you need 'em:
* A =summons= is an official notice of a lawsuit. It is given to the person being sued (the defendant).
* A =subpoena= is a court order. It requires someone to come to court, go to a deposition, or give documents or evidence.
* =Papers= is a word sometimes used by scammers, as a scare word. Legal documents can be sent via Certified mail. A courier is not absolutely necessary, although the Sheriff, Constable, or a Bonded Licensed Process Server might be used. Such people will have appropriate ID.
Rob Watson called me as an "Independent Processor" of the county court system. He said he needed to serve me papers for a civil matter but said I should try and settle this before he served me. He gave me this phone number 832-709-1432 and a case ID. I called the county court system to see if this was true. They said the case number was completely made up and did a pull of my entire record to see if there were any claims against me, there were ZERO. This is 100% fraudulent.
