Been getting multiple call from this number and others associated with it. This is a scam!!! Filed complaint with BBB and they said company doesn't exist and that they've been receiving multiple complaints. I've ask on multiple occasions that if there is any legitimacy in their claim to mail me proof of contract and they won't...I even said to email me a copy and I'll stay on hold to see it and we can handle it, and they don't. Don't give them money!!!!! Report the # to the BBB and hopefully these low lifes will disappear.
Wanted me to setup a payment plan for loan I apprently took out in Nov. 2012 that "I did not pay back" told me that if I didn't pay $150 today to stop the affridavid then it would be sent to the county and they would come and arrest me. Would not send me written notification or proof of any kind. Said she worked for "Fraud protection" when I told her that this was not me who took out this loan and said that this was the last step and I could not investigate this claim with the company or the county. Did not know the name of the actual company only that "Advance LLC" was the holder and they have more than 200 loan offices. Luckily I did not give her any information and found other claims of fraud from this number and did not give her any more information. Said her name was Stephanie Gibbons but I go a voicemail from the same number and someone named Foster earlier this week.
