Just received a call from a private number, answered it, whoever was on the other end hung up, and then a few seconds later got a text from this number that simply said "Hi". I have no plans to respond to it, but thought I would report it.
It happened too me too. Got a call from a blocked number, then hang up, and then a few seconds later got a text from this number that said "hi" . i answered it. "hi" . and then it asked " what are u doing" I said "working...who is this? it replied " is this Pam". i said " you just got reported through the directory of unknown callers".
Same happened to me today. They said they sent a pic, but I didn't see it. They texted my phone, but I replied with my google voice number since I don't have a texting plan. They said it was "Beth". The only Beth I know is a [***].
