Who called from 8327690870

Picked up the phone when my work phone rang with this number. It was just silence and the psychopath was on the other end listening to my breathing. I hung up.

Caller calls two or three times a day.  Hang ups.

this is prob a 3rd party co hired by the houston chron to hound people who let their subs lapse. this is the 3rd number they have called me from.

This number calls me 5 times a day. Noone on the other end. They are harassing  me daily.  Worse than a car salesmen
