This is actually a legitimate pharmacy, Acaria. They called us because our son has regular infusions of Remicade and they called to verify the latest order. I've been getting spam calls and thought this one was another spammer, but its not, its part of our Blue Shield insurance.
Specialty pharmacy for Aetna Insurance.
They handle the drugs that your local pharmacy does not. I am getting
my Hepatitis C prescription thru them. I didn't know who they were at first until I answered and I am glad I did.
Received a call from this number today. As far as I know my doctor has not ordered any specialty medicines. I do not use Aetna Health and have never used this pharmacy. I do not have Hepatitis C, Rhuematoid Arthritis or any of the other diseases I see listed. When I tried to get more information from them they said it was confidential Something just seems off about this. I hope it is legit for people who need it, but how do you find out if it is something you really need if they won't tell you name of drug or doctor ordering. They did say it was Acaria Health, but I do not know if it was or not. Call came up unavailable.
I got a call from this number twice. The second time they left a message stating they are calling from Acaria Health Pharmacy. ACH is a compounding Pharmacy so for me they make my progesterone shots (I have a high risk pregnancy). I am sure they make a lot of other compounding drugs as well. I have Blue Cross Anthem as my insurance, not sure if that helps :)
