None of these numbers are known to me and I have no pending complaints. Perhaps I should have one with Verizon for allowing these types of calls to their customers.

I too have received the same message and also have no complaint going on right now. I have AT&T though so it's not just Verizon that's letting the calls go through. It's just very annoying. If our input isn't necessary why do they keep calling back? I'm sure it's a scam of one type or another.
