Caller ID displayed as "Houston, TX", following by an unrecognizable number. I let it go to my answering machine to screen the call. They didn't leave a message. I dialed back the number and encountered a human male recording that said, "Hello and thank you for your call. We're sorry that no one is currently available to speak with you at this time. We are assisting other patrons, away from our desk, or may be currently closed. If you like to try again at another time, our offices are open Monday thru Friday from 9am to 9pm eastern standard time. Our weekend hours are Saturday 9am to 9pm and Sunday 11am to 7pm. At certain times of the year, we may remain open until 11pm eastern standard time. To speak directly to a customer service representative, please call back during these times. Your call is very important to us. In order to help us serve you better, we greatly appreciate any feedback you can provide. If you're calling to request that you be placed in our do-not-call list, please take a moment to leave a detailed message, along with your name, complete address, and phone number, with area code. Thank you very much." I then hung up.

The recording did not identified itself what organization or company it belonged to. Furthermore, it's odd that this entity would observe eastern standard time hours when the number belongs to a city that is located in the CENTRAL STANDARD TIME zone.
They called my landline on March 10, 2017. We didn't answer. They didn't leave a voicemail. Caller ID just shows Houston Tx. Blocking the number after reading posts above. We keep getting this same type call from several different numbers. Go away and leave us alone.
