Who called from 8562008143

called me at work, it rang once then hung up, called it back and the "number is not in service". if this is a company it needs to be reported. i'm on the do not call list and they legally cannot call me.

Called at 5:15 Sunday evening.  No one there when answered.

Called my home phone. Couldn't get to it in time. No message left. I tried to call the number back and it is not in service???!!!  They had just called me..sheesh. This type of call should be illegal.

picked up phone and got dial tone then called the number back said number was disconnected
